And so this weekend Maddie met her other Grandfather who was over from Denmark to visit. He definitely had a tear in his eye when they met. Maddie was on her best behaviour complete with a full on charm offensive of smiles and coos which was nice.
For those that aren’t aware in Danish there is a distinction between Grandparents so rather than two Grandfathers you have a Morfar and a Farfar (literally Mum Dad and Dad Dad) which makes a lot of sense to me.
