So today was another landmark day – solids! (although to be fair baby rice more resembles lumpy milk than anything vaguely approaching solid in the true sense of the word.) After the initial rejection of the bottle previously her reaction to the spoon couldn’t have been more positive.
The entire event has been captured on video for posterity and went off without baby food being smeared all round the kitchen which was a bonus.
Unfortunately there isn’t a picture of the event as this was definitely a two person job!
