I guess when we look back this photo will be one of the defining childhood shots. Maddie is certainly growing up. She is also being particularly cute at the moment coming out with phrases like “I miss you when you go to work Daddy” followed by “I like the weekend because you are here with me”, heart wrenching stuff from a 3 year old!
Maddie is also starting to read and whilst we are only at a few words I have no doubt that like her speech it won’t be long before we stop counting. We have also started teaching her to tell the time which might backfire on us but she seems keen.
Maddie swam her first length with just a woggle this week!
